If I Were Time

just a poem i wrote for english

If were time
I would tick away
And away
Endlessly
With nothing to stop me

If I were time
People would follow
My intangible measurements
Created by their own self
And i would, in a way, dictate their live

If i were time
People would finally listen
When to eat
When to sleep
When to work

If i were time
I would be nonexistent 
In places untouched by civilization
But, oh, if I were time
I would be so powerful

An unstoppable force
Of man's own creation
