12-3-13 I feel disrespected. So I wrote this. I don't like it.

RESPECT

Deserved, but not received
Given, but not returned

The lack is gleaming
But failures are in the dark
Pain is a real feeling
But reality hasn’t hit
Cold with the need
Blind from the neglect
She knows it’s possible
Yet he is oblivious
Trying to be liked
Failing to give a damn
Alone day after day
Never thinks to stop by
