Little Voices, Little Song

Little Voices, Little Song

A Poem by Nathan Betterman

Little voices, little song,

Dance within me all night long,
They hold to me, they are so strong,
Little voices, little song.

Little views, little look,
The thoughts thereafter make me shook,
That although one picture I took,
Little views, little look.

Little words, little lies,
A piece of my soul dies,
When He’s hurt and He cries,
Little words, little lies.

Little thoughts, little views,
Little are the paths I choose,
Even though I always lose,
Little thoughts, little views.

Little hope, little light,
Guide me through this darkest night,
Even when I can’t win this fight,
Little hope, little light.
