A dead man's wonderland

A dead man's wonderland

A Poem by Bluebell Hibi

This is the land of broken minds
That they often conceal inside
Every sorrow and pain they hide
Are burried here alongside

This is the land of broken hearts
Be careful, don't make a noise
For peace and rest now they reside
Cause they never had that choice

This is the land of broken dreams
The ones the world forgot about
The ones they didn't care to treasure
The ones they thought could live without

This is the land of broken hopes
So be gentle when here you walk
These were the lights of their fragile lives
About which they were scared to talk

This is the land of broken smiles
The ones you were so expert to
fake
So much that no one could see through
Just how much courage did it take?

Yes this is the land of the dead
Not the one who seized their breath
But an asylum for the ruptured ones
Who seized to live the lives they led
