Missing peace

will I ever feel that I too deserve Joy?

People say that it is "ok not to be ok".
But what about those of us,
And I'm sure I'm not the only one,
Who are now ok after the trauma
And the suffering has left us...
Eternally scarred but eternally grateful 

and with a peace 
That was won through mindfucking battle...
A peace fought for and achieved 
yet 
with a missing piece that is my belief in my right to it...
