A scarlet stain

A scarlet stain

A Poem by An owl on the moon

What violet visions from fragrant perfume,

When sapphire simplicity caresses the moon.

Where is the emerald essence of life?

Why is the sallow peace silenced by strife.

How is a scarlet stain able to heal,

the ravenly weakness your word can reveal?

I love it when poetry actually rhymes. You painted a picture with your words, and I saw it clearly. Thank you for the moment.
