Hard To Find

Staring at the stars only makes me think of the glistening light in your eyes as I catch every passing glance. I’m too weak to fight; but too strong to give in. I’m too hesitant and powerless to stop the nuisance. I’m not gonna cry im gonna kiss my thoughts goodbye. I’d never seemed to find your love. I never dreamed of longing for your touch. I feel as if I waited too long as if we have traded places and I’m longing to be everything you ever wanted while your everything I’ll ever need. I said i wanna see you again…  instead you moved on left me stuck in colder weather…I’m a lover you’re a runner.. when I close my eyes I see you, doesn’t matter where I’ve been… you can keep all your listless memories they mean for good company, every song I sing reminds me of the smiles I won’t forget. How can you walk away don’t I matter anymore….. I’m trying not to give up but it’s hard to find it... I’m not a quitter but your heart is hard to find...
