Mother Nature

Mother Nature

A Poem by The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE)

A crystal clear stream that reflects

Images of dreams

Flows towards endless destinations.

The sun cast endless rays of light

Upon the dark

To show it doesn’t last forever.

The wind sings a sweet tune

For everyone

So we know we are not alone.

A small bud gracefully blooms

Into a flower

Just like child into an adult.

To appreciate Mother Nature

Is the key to loving life.

You are so right, our world is full of so much beauty but for some odd reason most of us seem to always be focusing on the bad things , why can't we just enjoy all the beautiful and wonderful things that God has given us instead of tormenting ourselves with whats wrong with it or how we can change it.
Beautifully written Dale , as always .
You have given us much to think about.
Another gem for the vault.

You do Mother Nature true justice with your beauty and visions within the words here. There's nothing like it when the sun beats down on the water and like you wrote --- "The sun cast endless rays of light."
Truly lovely.

The flow of this poem is smooth and the emotions that you entwine with nature make us want to embrace it. The imagery is simply stunning.

And life continues on...one thing at a time all linked in a complex grid of never-ending! This was great Dale!

Sweet poem. Seems to have a certain line sequence. One long, one short, one long and then repeat. Except for the very last two lines which seems like a summation of the poem. It gives a nice visual quality to it.

The words have a very peaceful feel........yet there is some darkness in there. Symbolic perhaps?

Yes, I agree with you, after I started to paint, I started to look at nature a little longer and appreciate tour world around us so much more, pictures tell stories, I saw pictures taken from Australia today, awesome.
Hugs and gros bisous, take care my dear friend, I'm a night person, I worked too many years on the graveyard shift.

As you can imagine, I LOVE THIS!

It's so wonderful to read words that show homage to our wonderful world, and, how this and that aspect of it, makes for better times and better feelings deep inside.

'The wind sings a sweet tune
For everyone
So we know we are not alone.'

The above three lines made my eyes well with tears.. they're beautiful, Dale.

Thank you, thank you for sharing.
