Speed Demon

Speed Demon

A Poem by The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE)

Life in the fast lane

driven on the white line,

not taking sides

on which side I right.

Top-notch speed

blurs the signs

so not to clutter the mind

with man made directions.

Taking the curves

is the ultimate rush

for if you crash and burn

you’ll die in a blaze of glory…

Allowing your soul

to rise from the ashes.

Take life by the horns and ride it out. What good is sitting on the side lines if you can't have any fun? Love the ending of this poem.
