Us Vs. Them

Money and good fortune,

People say there's no connection...

But there are many, personal and otherwise.

Money and hard work,

people say they go hand in hand.

But they never stop to think about how or why.

Clearly, everyone got to where they are

by working harder than the other guy.

It's become an us vs. them game.

Forever and ever, ad nauseum.

And some of "them" have forgotten

that they are human, too.

But the tides could always turn.

Not trying to stir the pot, but the older you get, the more you start to see wealthy disparities...

Hi Diana, ya, I figure in the USA, just about anyone can earn a comfortable living, but it helps to have friends to really make it.
