A couple of small mistakes, no biggie though...
on the 4th line, I believe you were saying "I knew IT would end this way" IT instead of I, and on the 7th line, remove the "and" , Keeps your rhythm consistant and doesn't mess your meaning up..... Great poem and a Wonderful write. I hope this was helpful

Fix third line
The line after that would sound better
if you said" I knew it would end in a disaster and surely
It did" also the line "and I still love you" instead of "and"
I would replace it with "for"
I over all felt you where honest and sincere
when writing this so I cant really judge your feelings.
