to Whom it may Concern

to Whom it may Concern

A Poem by jacob erin-cilberto

to Whom it may Concern

i am compromised

desensitized,

a glorified poet

sagging themes wrinkled with age

now unread

nearly dead

creative consequence

they all went out the fire door

exited like my inspiration

one last spark

allowed me this write

but i am writing it with no feeling

nothing

nothing

just nothing

grave stone will read,

an "anonymous poet lies here"

just like he did in most of his poems.

believe nothing

nothing

just nothing.

Your poem paints the apprehension that crosses writers heart thousand times. And probably did in all those who lie quite now in God's acre.

insightful words, from you, Mrudula...thank you for your visit.

Faith, Hope and Charity my dear friend is what will make your lines more accepting and put on the stance of not giving up ...as long as there's blood flowing freely through those veins, life should go on! Have seen people who can hardly walk who literally drag themselves in following the rules of life. I envy their spirit because at times I dispair but hold their image dear.

Cheers! Like your sense of humor
aside of the fact that I wish it's not really about You my friend, though some of Your words I can easily say they are also about me, still the genuine brilliance of this poem is beyond great, a timeless poem to be remembered, as I know anyone who comes to read this will be left with the same deep impact it left inside me.

I wish You an ongoing life filled with peace and creativity, warmth and Love 🌸🌸🌸
