Oh my! isn't that what a Writer's block feels like? at least this how I felt it, at the end even in our "block" we will be able to create a tiny piece in our hands. I love these lines Mr. Jacob.

Yes, writing about the block seems to break it up a bit.

I loved that line! The sun seems kind of clueless here, in this poem. Not sure if the morning wants to be hugged. Sometimes a frozen scape is better than all that ugly slush melting out with messy its and bits buried deep under. At least we knew where we stood on the ice.

all my shamans, most of my prophets, all my psychologist's, some of my theologians, every shoulder I cry on, all the lies I spread, the open sours, the middle fingers, the heated exchanges, most of the energy, every 'someone' to talk too, some of the shames and all the muse held in isolation from a distant shore happens right here for everyone to witness/:
"this is the hour of lead-
remembered if outlived.
As freezing persons recollect the snow
first chill-then-stupor
then the letting go" E. Dickinson

Yes, a snowy landscape is lovely, but the inevitable messy slush is somewhat less inspiring. Human relationships can be the same way. Sometimes it's better to grab a shovel to clear a new path. Some things won't be reconciled.
