a snapshot tremor

A Poem by jacob erin-cilberto

a snapshot tremor

an old photograph album

languishing to be opened

dusted off,

memories to be savored

faces just slightly out of focus

like those days

and the people we framed

in our hearts.

Have been going though almost two hundred years of photos during the pandemic, jacob - still am and will.. ..

How true, how sincere, how personal and emotional virtually every photograph is. Sometimes I stroke a face; want to kiss it, but don't. Instead, lean back, eyes closed.. wondering what, where, why, how and which. Tis so easy to forget a face, to lose a special look.. a hint..

Your writing so often opens the flod gates and this has.. Take care, keep safe..
