The story of a Polo shirt in a thrift store

The story of a Polo shirt in a thrift store

A Poem by fattycbreezy52
"

Read and contemplate the life of an inanimate object. It's very symbolic to the life of an animate object like us in the world today

"
I sell myself short in a thrift store,
Passing from man to man
I was once worth much money
But now,
I am worth nothing more than a pocket-change.
I have got holes and tears, spots and stains
I am totally worthless
I sell myself short because
That's all life ever did for me and now, to me!

That's a winner of a line right there.. I admire the use of metaphor..
Great write, fattyc! (it's quite long of a pen name to type; I'm pretty lazy so will be going to use this if it's not too bothersome)
