Hustlers

Hustlers

A Poem by fattycbreezy52

You come in varieties-
Frankenstein, mummy,vampire and werewolf.
I am not sure which one do those middle aged women encounter on weekends.
Every night I see the likes of you hanging around in the park,
Hunting for yourselves some suitable customers.
Some bargain, some do not.
They count you in terms of pleasure.
Up for grabs everywhere,
You forgot your t-shirt last night in her velvet bed
or, deliberately slipped into her husband's bathing robe.
What did you do when the man of the house came back,
looking for the car keys which he left by mistake
In that silver drawer?
Did you exactly do like the guys in the movie
who just jump from one balcony to another?
Or did you still held him/her in your arms
by pretending that you are in love,
at least for once?

oh those men, the ones who are put together like the Frankenstein monster, with all the stiff movement, especially when it comes to emotional attachment...being a big fan of all those 1930's flicks...own most of them...i love the analogy created here, and can visualize the lovers and leavers jumping from one balcony to the next...

quite visual and smart this poem is.
