Vacant Images

Foul stench permeates my air space

perfumed ghosts waft eerily upward

trying to see beyond as past creeps

melted into the scenes of confusion

fractions of pieces decimated

sweet & salty memorable recognition

parts of a whole that linger still

my mind a thousand miles away

body parts still vacant and in captivity

faces that weave in and out of sanity

making sense of puzzle parts

just the sound of my name

the dance of surrender against will

chilling, sweating, screaming, crying

then it's over and you cringe

i want to convulse into oblivion

all that's left are shattered images

i don't give a flying f**k and i care

it's not the norm for child innocence 

thought patterns should be of swings

free as a bird to be whomever

doubts elusive behavior par for the course

left with staggering work to fit

black and blue turn to crimson

letting go to unfold the story

drawn in time after time

no child's fairy tale, just a riddle

never to be resolved or forgotten

I thought I had included this note, but the painting is another done by a dear friend of mine Starq, it was our collaboration for new dreams..Sweet Dreams.

you weave a lot of images here with these lines, and ask many questions. Unfortunately, most questions will remain unanswered. I wish I had the answers for you. It seems to me that the more I know people, the less I know and understand why we do what we do. Maybe that's why I like dogs?

Kimmer was helping for a while, but when the cops stopped us to see if we had a permit, she got distracted by the uniform and went to go have a drink with him. Haven't seen her since.
