I am here to seduce and betray you

with special powers that were bestowed upon my crown

You have to decide,

your  fervor for great wealth & material possessions, 

or pure unadulterated love

Choices must be made, there's only one you may choose,

think wisely before you jump the gun

it will last for all of eternity

I hold in my hands the secrets of the universe

your time has now begun, seconds to the count down

heart and soul or greed and lust

Life isn't fair we all agree, time is up...

you have free will, the decision is purely up to you,

which shall it be?

Heart and soul....every time!! Ive never clung to the material but I do appreciate a little lust!! Lol...seriously though, what has any value beyond the heart and soul? Look at the pain that has been afflicted since time began in the pursuit of wealth. Look at the current celebrities with their fast cars and luxury lives. Except for those posed shots on a magazine cover are they truly happy?Thats why they go around driving into poles and making asses out of themselves. Everyone dreams of winning the lottery but they dont realize their lives will probably go to s**t in some very significant ways.

So the answer is heart and soul....without which we are not even capable of acting as a human being. Oh...and a wee bit of lust...just for fun... ;-D

I think that's what most would say, I was wondering whilst I wrote this if anyone would fess up even if they did feel otherwise, apparently as you pointed out, there are many out there that find the almighty dollar, etc, much more alluring. Yep, add in a nice big dollop of lust with wild strawberries on top. ;-) Thanks Red...........

Few will admit it because they can't get beyond their own glorified self image. Most of the time ego and the pursuit of great wealth go hand in hand. Their priority is what they can have not what they can share. Which is the essence of heart and soul...the giving of both unconditionally. ;-)

Things are only things, time retrieves most of what we manage to collect in our lives anyway. And oh so often it is as quickly forgotten as it was found or sold at a garage sale by our kids for a buck when we are gone. But love on the other hand, pure love is never forgotten and always the prize that I strive for.
