Exhale Poetry IIA Poem by Frieda PFor Lee ♥Butterfly haunts me flutters in the darkest of night when the smoke dismally cleared all that was left was a still photograph no breath to be had, no words to be spoken perched upon my affection where no one can see, all the secrets that taunt my scarred soul our story's final chapter closed too soon Left behind in your spirit reminisces like an erratic zephyr, they twist my mind nothing sacred in how you fled the atmosphere I oft wonder have you found destiny's redemption as you floated aimlessly from this earth etching markings on a sky of colorless clues surrendering only in my dream's illusions still tracing the dusky painted haze all that's left is to exhale poetry
