Can't Lift the Iron

Can't Lift the Iron

A Chapter by Ethan Paz
"

I feel depressed right now, but I know everything will be alright in the end. I don't know why God made me to feel hopeless and depressed most of the time, but all will be accredited for His glory.

"

One step takes a thousand prayers

Darkness never feels so near

When I’ve come to the Truth.

What else is there to remove?

I am a lamb crying in the wind

A shaken heart; an unsound mind,

But there’s no wrong I have done

That Jesus, me He would ignore.

I’m fighting against the air

Punching at my dear emotions,

But God, me He spared

Jesus showed at the cross . . . how much He cared.

He cares for me. Jesus died for me. He loves me.

All I pray now is to live the cross-centered life.

Help me to live the cross-centered life.

Really nice layout with the pictures and everything, and the common questions we ask of God. I absolutely loved the first stanza. One step takes a thousand prayers..... stunning line.
