Great Eagle

Great Eagle

A Poem by Kenneth The Poet

A darker foil of a liberal filmmaker,
and a guy who looks nothing like
a hilarious bald storyteller give
grandiose soliloquies about putting
children first, but the planners of
the shindig forgot to put barf bags
under the tables and chairs because
willful ignorance is anathema to the
Promethean acolyte, the greatest
in fact.

Pray that the great eagle comes for
its liver feast soon.
