Once upon a time

I heard you speak.

You told me to hush,

but my words started to leak.

I kept my eyes open and wide.

I saw you look away, 

but you promised that you tried.

As I spill my mind you stay hush.

I told myself not worry,

but the tears began to gush.

Now I close this door,

and say farewell.

I promise you I won't forget

or let your memory stale. 

I'm sorry that this is the end,

I just couldn't bare.

You deserve happiness;

 please show her that you care.
