Writer's Block

Writer's Block

A Poem by GlamGirl
"

Let me cross this bridge!

"
Sir, would you please let me cross
this bridge of inspiration?

I'm stuck over here ,
Kicking up pebbles and dirt.

My mind needs to be released from this
platinum prison.

I can easily see the other side
of this heavenly bridge.

You can not hide its great beauty.
Overflowing with happy thoughts and ideas.

Ideas.
Oh, what I wouldn't do for them.

Please sir,
Please!

Let me cross this bridge!

Wow! What a creative way to deal with writers block! I you actually let your writers block inspire you, which most writers can't do, or haven't thought of doing! The way you did it was really cool! Nice job!

A feeling we all get sometimes. Great job expressing it though. You put in words what most of us couldn't when our writing juice is blocked

For someone with writer's block, you have crafted quite an imaginative poem! I hear you...and feel your frustration at writer's block. It happens to everyone, when you just cant find those right words to put on paper.

Well, keep it up. No one deserves to be left out no matter what our differences are between each other
