Ought to be

Ought to be

A Poem by Gabriel Gloria D.C.
"

An incipient soul.

"
Ought to be
By Hans DC

The window bride serving cold water on a warm sunny day,
A jealous man seeking revenge on his dishonest lover.
The uncanny prince preaching goodness and giving alms,
A revolutionary army wanting to take the throne and behead the royals.
The servile man doing orders desperately and bidding his life on the line,
A master wishes to assassinate his right hand man.
Just as respect is treated, we are structures bent from the idea of goodness.
We earn the idea of humanity but we also pound the virus of pride inside our head.
Like a incipient of an ancient soul killed by the morning owl on a familiar forest.
The truth of life is not derived from settling down to a safer commodity.
The truth of life is giving the earned respect and resting on the final day you gave.

Settling down would be safer if commodities are stable and secure which there never are. And to respect others even where there is none in return makes for peaceful slumbers and yes that final desire at life's end to R.I.P. in peace.
