Hey! This is a small 13 worded gem of a poem/ story. I think we can all related to each and every word on this page and I really like how you've experimented with the fonts (even though I'm sure it was quite a restricted list) the visual dimension they add to the poem really helped me feel the words.

Personally I would have not included all the fullstops you've included in the poem BUT the punctuation forced me to stop and really consider each word so I can see why you've included them.

Thanks for sharing

I think this is great. I love the use of different fonts and structure, it really adds something more and it makes it just that bit more special. It really does tell a story greatly.

Thanks, Mary. I was going for soemthign everyone could realte to :-)
I stumbled upon your poem while I was previewing the submissions for my contest, "Sometimes, Appearance Counts Too."
This is so creative!! I'd have never thought you could tell such a coherent story in just 13 words - with such interesting formatting, to boot!! You should definitely enter this in more contests - this work has the potential to win and is very quirky and unique. Great!!

I really like this! And, very well done! :) The progression with the haltingness (is that a word?) lol adds beautifully :)

With the words pictures.. glimpses of actions and feelings.. you create a brilliant mix of thoughts that move us from falling to flying.. and I do love to fly. So well done!
