All Dressed in Re

All Dressed in Re

A Poem by haymaker14

There once was a princess,
all dressed in white.
She cuts more then once,
often more then twice.

She sewed a quilt,
for she was not fully built.
No friends to have
nor to get a laugh.

Her memories are fresh,
sewn in her long quilt.
Every memory of her life
beginning from that guilt.

Now that quilt is gone,
and so is the soul.
The quilt led the dress,
and that dress is covered in red.

Now she is in heaven,
carrying a new one again.
God handmade it,
to stop her from staying a maiden.
