The Languages I Know Fluently

      My native tongue, Korean, was the first language I learned as a child. Then I learned English by immersing myself in American culture. The next language I learned was Spanish, in middle school. The next language I picked up was Latin, in high school. I learned Chinese and Japanese on my own at home. These 6 languages were the 6 main languages I learned during my life. My experience in learning these 6 languages was that it was so fun to learn all of them. It improved my cognitive function but also made me more culturally aware. Learning 6 languages was so fun and enthralling to do. These languages helped me learn and understand different countries’ culture. I loved being multilingual and these languages helped a lot.
