Love simmers in a broken heart,

 love that goes unnoticed

A pimp with no emotional existence

Money is all he lust after

He sends her into the arms of others

She weeps tears of longing,

vocalizes her feelings

Eyes of oppression scold her

Worthless w***e she is

Effluent words sting like rain

Halo of shame around silken hair

Remorse dilutes the pain

Artificial happiness sheilds sadness

Repentances fades away

Tentative smile plays his lips

She turns to walk away

Sins of the night beckons

In the arms of others she takes,

while her love wastes away

Lovely display of words that seem to arrange themselves magically. There is a raw and charming voice that narrates this piece in my head.

Very good description of how the life of a prostitute can be. I like your poetry you always have a clear message within. Beautifully phrased.

This is amazing poetry. A complete story in so few words. Description create a sad vision. To lose yourself and when love become less important. Could leave a person in a bad place. No weakness in this amazing poem.
