Body Language

Body Language

A Poem by Ksenia Kazantseva
"

you know what i need

"
Another sleepless night
My body responds to the thought of you

please grab me like you did before.

I picture you doing things to me I never thought I'd like
Just one more touch

you have me craving more.

Hearing your voice, it's notably too much
What are you doing to me?

i can't take it anymore.

Though your subtlety is intriguing
My presence makes you lose control

but your mind

Your captivating mind..

that’s what makes you score.

........Writer's Café needs emojis for words cannot begin to express my awe for this poem! Your imagery is vivid and enthralling; your narrative is intriguing; your musicality, though - your absolutely fluid musicality is divine! And that's what makes YOU score! Well crafted, well versed, well freaking done!

(ps I would only suggest a "now" or "though" somewhere in "Your subtlety is intriguing" merely for the sake of transition as the previous thought conveys/implies a sort of danger and the desire to stop, so the "now" or "though" would help the readers understand that despite it, the "I" of the poem wants to continue for the reason specified).
