Confusion

This may come off confusing at first. Once you find the three different ways to read this it all comes clear. Not hard to figure out but I think this very unique and awesome.

Sitting for hours, the same image on the screen burning my eyes.

Feels like there is something that needs to be said.

Words can't begin to describe, not even remotely compare.

 Dare not to speak, actions continue to lay unseen.

Site full of ideas and dreams, people bleeding their hearts out.

No clear direction to go, giving up is not an option.

Some force drives me to stay when I'm steadily pushed away.

Not saying a thing seems what's best to do, also the hardest.

Writers able to express their every emotion, I lock away my own.

Lost in thoughts, not sure what's real or where I'm wrong.

Constant hurtful words cutting deep, I'm not seeing something.

Watching, listening, nature tells me happiness is near.

It's certainly innovative, and it does live up to its title. Is this a story or a poem? It has the feeling of free form, no rhyme. Hard to see just how much of this style would eventually pall. But an interesting concept.

It's not a poem. Maybe you could call it a story but I think of it as a creative writing piece. It can be read more then from just line to line. It was hard but I was shooting for it to be able to flow reading it in three different ways. Maybe you noticed but there is purpose behind the lines being in italics, line through, underline, and bold. Thanks :) I wrote it to be read in different ways. It was really hard to find the right way to do it. It's not perfect but just something I toyed around with on a sleepless night. One way is kinda hard to figure it out its reverse similar type lines. It all reads kinda the same but allows different types of people to read and get from it what they need to.
