Some people say that’s there’s just one way

But I know that’s there’s more to life

It’s not about black

It’s not about white

Don’t matter what color

We all don’t have to fight

Don’t matter bout black

We got to love every color

With all our might

Pop that -- bubble

And navigate some trouble

Pick up your (our) pen

And put away y(our) knife

If we wash away

All the gray

Would it be a better world

No color fade without (when you take off)  your shade

Truth no longer twisted and (curled?)(bent)

(or) the (flag of) truth (can) finally be unfurled

It’s time to write a letter

Make this life a little better

Step by step and day by day

Our neighborhood is brotherhood

Our hearts all shine with sisterhood

This world is where our heads we lay

We gotta love one another

Through out the night

It’s only love that burns so bright
