Anger Self Imposed

Anger Self Imposed

A Poem by JRB
"

They will always see their face

"

Caught within the crossfire
Of revenge and betrayal
Divided By

The winds

 Of their passion

Came silence
What have their memories
Done for them lately
Terror not pleasure
Pain with no security

They will always see

 their face
In the bottom of the glass
Emptied by emotions
Refilled

With tears

Confused, dazed
Bewildered by hope
They stand
Lay
And
Walk alone
