Until the End

Until the End

A Poem by The Rose That Grew From Concrete

Fight until I can't stand

Speak the truth until they slit my throat

See the truth until they gauge my eyes

Fallow the law until they try to touch me

Stand alone until you join me

Fight Fight Fight

Its a battle of words I dont need my fists

Change the world with the words I choose

Build the path for the young to follow

But still Im not a role model

I make history until history is all I am

And Until the end I stand alone

I really like this poem. It says, you only get one chance to make a difference; one life to make an impact on others. This world and the people that live in it doesn't matter. All the things you've accumulated over the years doesn't matter. All the people that's ever judged you in the past doesn't matter. When we die, we come face to face with our final judge; he's the one who calles the shots, and he's the one who determines where you're going to spend eternity. It's not who you knew, what you knew, what you did, or what you had; it's what you did with it all that really matters. It's what you dis with your life that really counts. You can't take all the materialistic things with you; all you can take with you to give to God as thanks for saving you from the bondage of sin, shame, and guilt, is a life well lived.

Just keep on fighting and don't let up until you can't fight anymore.

The people who stand alone are not really alone...just seperate from the others who stand alone. This is very well written.

This is a very great poem. It really shows people that there is only one life to live and you have to make it your own.
"Change the world with the words I choose
Build the path for the young to follow" --- I love these two sentences because it shows that passionate and powerful words can change the world and what you do inspires or destroyes the young to come.

"until they gauge my eyes" --- gouge.

"Fallow the law until" --- Follow.

"Its a battle of words I dont need my fists" --- It's and you need a comma after words.

"But still Im not a role model" --- Comma after still and I'm.

"until history is all am" --- Do you mean "until history is all I am" ?

"And Until the end I stand alone" --- Comma after And and end.

Great work. Thank you for sharing.

I really enjoy the way you think about life. Fighting until the end, believing in your cause, making a difference, giving yourself for the better--great values you speak about.
You're talented.
