The World Speaks in Two Ways

The World Speaks in Two Ways

A Poem by Joel Paulin Mendoza
"

The poem is about the different opposing forces in the world.

"

It begins with the end.

And ends in the beginning

An opposing continuum

Yet has started to finish

The good for the good

The bad for the poor

That’s how it goes

In the end it will begin

Life and death, as joy and pain

Warmth to frigid, as season change

The day to moon, a cycle in chain

Soaked to drought, as weather claims

It is but a truth to hold

Two sides in every stories told

The world indeed is hot but cold

As life has purpose, in two-form fold

Very true words. Life is opposites.
"The world indeed is hot but cold
As life has purpose, in two-form fold"
The poem leave us with fear. After kindness, will we know pain? I enjoyed the poem. I wrote a few that are similar in thoughts. We decide the final ending. Thank you for sharing the excellent poetry.
