Goodbye and Hello

I am so tired. I don't want this anymore. It doesn't matter how much I repair and grow. The past won't let go. Some will never let me forget or forgive. If I am to survive, I must let go of those who won't. As painful as it is and as much pain it will cause, I must cut loose. I know you can't hear me and will never understand, but so be it. Goodbye.

I need someone in my life who is kind and patient, wise and understanding, who is my best friend and loves me in all. I am human and make mistakes, just like everyone else. I must be able to do that and still be me. To that person, I say hello
