You Said Goodbye to My Heart and Hello to My Death

I sit gasping for air
My head pounding
My eyes dark
My mouth dry
My body stone cold
But burning inside

Indescribable pain sets in
Slamming my head into the wall
Darkness all around me

Emptiness in my soul
Loneliness in my heart
Depression in my mind

Angriness at you
Sadness that you left
Crying until my eyes are dry
Screaming at the top of my voice

Nothing helps

Running away from the truth
My life fading away slowly
You pulling me to the truth
Me grasping at lies

Digging my nails into my skin
Cutting my arm
Blood streaming out

Nothing helps

Breathing in my last breaths
Voices invading my head
My life goes by like a movie in my mind

My starvation for you
My heart failing
The last and final thing
DEATH

All because you loved me
You cared about me
Then you said goodbye

You said goodbye to my love
You said goodbye to our love
You said goodbye to my life
You said goodbye to all our memories

You said goodbye to everything we faced together

You said goodbye to my future
You said goodbye to our future
You said goodbye to my happiness
you said goodbye to my soul

You said goodby to my respect

You said goodbye to my pounding heart
And said hello to my inevitable death
