On distant shores

She calls

She calls

She calls for love

But not to me

She calls

 she calls

she calls for love

the same love I offer

with all my heart, body, and soul

she calls

she calls

like a tempests upon the sea

she beats at my raft

tearing at my white sails with the wind of her words

wind like knives

bashing at my hull with the water of her tears

tears like ice

but my raft will hold true

until I meet her

on those far away distant shores

where she calls

 she calls…

Author's Note

part of a collection of poems i'm uploading, some were done for school, some were done for fun, some were done for there healing power.... this one in particular was a like a epiphamy during a test, i stopped in the middle of the test and wrote this out on my arm... which drew some very inquiring looks from my teacher
