Love ruined me.

Fallen

 

“I don’t love you anymore.”

Words I don’t ever want to hear but I guess it didn’t reach him.

 

For those words flew from his lips,

As it sting painfully, deep into my soul.

 

 Pricking thousands of needles,

Is this what you want? 

 

I begged, for his words to just be a dream.

But his eyes speak true to his words.

 

Coldness reflects to the eyes that once looked at me with warm and tenderness.

Chills run through my body as I welcome the emptiness that keeps on knocking.

 

He broke his stare and looked at my cheek,

Curious as I gently put my shaking hand on my cheek then I felt it.

 

Tears, I didn’t even know I was crying until he looked at it.

Realization dawn on me and it hit me so hard and fast as I collapsed on the ground.

 

It won’t stop, it won’t stop. Stop it, stop it I said!!

Foolish tears won’t listen to me.

 

What is this? I can no longer stop the flow of my emotions.

Then I finally hear the sound of the last string that holds my sanity snap.

 

I screamed as the pain swallowed me whole, crying furiously,

And then in an instant its nothing, numbness welcomed me as its companion.

 

I stood up, one last look to the guy who once brought joy to my life then left.

A long walk my dear, a cold voice whispered to my ear.

 

Looking at the glass window, I was no longer shocked as I saw myself.

Empty and dull looking eyes and evidence of tears run down my cheeks.

 

Peak a boo, and a sadistic smile appeared.

That was the last thing I remember as darkness swallowed me.

ohhhhhh wow it was soooooo full of emotion or is it just me don't know but at first I was sad than I got teary and then at the end I felt chills run down my spine. Nice kurohana I pictured the whole thing in my mind. Good job :)
