the last resort

I am not afraid to keep on living

what surrounds us when we are dead

darkness or light

do we feel empty or fulfilled

do we sleep or do we live

but what happens when we stay alive

when we choose to take the road 

that will lead to death, young or old

will we feel good enough

will we feel saved or damned

having a loss at your feet

blood covering every inch of your body

even when you have nothing to do with the murder

look at the bigger picture

is it worth to leave those that love you

is it worth it to be selfish and think of yourself

to create even more death 

the insomnia is getting worse

the anxiety keeps you on edge 

the pent up anger makes you feel like you just want to explode

and escape to the light 

the guilt and worthlessness you feel 

is it enough

to not keep on living 

but i want you 

to not be afraid to keep on living

do it for the stranger that believes in you

this is not a poem but eh i like it and not comfortable putting this type of writing online so don't judge hard okay?

as €v De £'Am0r said, nice write. i completely agree. this is top quality of what i would say is the best type of writing. it seems so simple but it's very deep and you say things that some other people might be afraid to say or even think. you really challenge the mind but at the same time, you give it a nice feel like you're a bird floating in the sky and everything is ok.
