Their Hell

Their Hell

A Poem by Shannon Bailey-Quesenberry
"

Written in a very dark time of my life.

"
You whisper in my ear,
And your poison trickles into my heart,
Throbbing veins eaten away by your venom,
My heart is turning black,
Rotting from all the putrification being pumped in by all those so-called friends,
I guess the saying is true "Keep your friends close and your enemies even closer",
Biding my time,
Until the moment is right to strike,
And throw their toxins right back into their souls,
I should be still and let the all mighty do her thing,
Grant me the patience and serenity to watch their hell UNFOLD!
