Obama's Plan

this was a school assignment and is not meant to offend anyone

Obama had a mighty plan

“I’ll save the world!” Said he. “It will be mighty grand!

Then everyone will thank me and bow to my feet

They’ll ditch school just so that me they can meet

I will be a hero! Known around the world

They will shout and applaud and no fruit will be hurled!”

Now some hope this plan might fail

And then we’ll watch him scream and wail

As all his stupid plans get pushed out the door

And thrown to the floor

While thinking of the middle class he’s leaving out the rest

He doesn’t seem to realize that for this country they are not the best

We need the rich and wealthy to feed our economy

But if they’re not taken care of they’ll die and leave us no money

So the rich must have good health plans too

And not be taxed until they turn blue

‘Cause otherwise they’ll move away

And then there will really be no one to save the day

Ha! We need the rich? We need to actually tax the rich, instead of giving them so many tax breaks, they should pay their fair percentage, too. It is the middle class that bears the biggest burden in our country, they are the ones that keep the money flowing. Good job for bringing up the topic.
