Storms

another one about rain because it's kind of a thing???

There’s something really beautiful about a storm 

It feels like the Earth is trying to tell us something 

Tell us that it’s recharging, releasing everything that was held in 

I envy that capacity that storms have, to be able to vent everything 

To be obligated to let go whenever it becomes too much 

And to have somewhere safe to leave everything 

Leave your worries, fears and insecurities on the ground where they belong 

The smell of damp earth and wet trees 

The angry sound of thunders and wind 

Feel a lot like an answer 

A sign of hope 

Hope there is something better at the end of the storm 

If only you hold on for long enough to be able to see it
