Soft petals blushing in pink

Gorgeously they started to bloom

but sadly.. they left you too soon

Some people in our lives are like cherry blossoms. They bloom with us but they won't stay forever.

Beautiful write. Cherry blossoms compared to some people, interesting analogy. Cherry blossoms are so pretty, and delicate, a good thing that blossoms. So similar to some people in our lives, they cheer us up when we are down, have a great sense of humor etc. But soon enough, these Cherry blossoms will cease to exist and eventually one day, that good person will break your heart and exit from your life... forever...

so true, without your Author's Note this simple poem has many interpretations/meanings. Same as people all other things grew old/er over time. Nothing lasts forever they say, we can't always keep someone fresh without decaying from within. Decaying or getting old its not a bad thing and sometimes someone still appreciates its beauty and or it only stay as a memory that you hold dear in your heart. These are the ones that will last forever with you or within someone who cares for it even it doesn't exist anymore. And it can last as a poem too. The imagery of your words makes it undying and will always be with you.
