My Unconventional Self - the prelude

My Unconventional Self - the prelude

A Chapter by mellisabella

PRELUDE

There are moments when it feels like this is the only thing that exists in this world.

Like when he enters my room, sits on my bed and waits for me to undress after a long, hard day at an office job I despise.

I deliberately stand in front of him while I unbutton my shirt, and I, again, deliberately press his face unto my naked stomach as I force him, but rather willingly on his part, to stay there.

He kisses my stomach long and hard. Kisses what could be, what should be, what I hope will someday be.

This kiss, this one, minute, seemingly insignificant gesture symbolises life to me, symbolises family, procreation, expansion of our love; and in that moment I am happy; I am complete.

Really looking forward to some honest critique. Will love to hear what you all think so far and the main question is, is this a story you'd like to continue reading? Should I continue writing it?
