When you’re lost

You can’t look in the mirror again

‘Cos you can’t bear to look at yourself and what you’ve become

 

In the dust

Nothing’s going right again

Wondering if you’ll ever again wake up and see the sun

 

What they’ve done

Creeping on in my mind

Something I just can’t forget

 

Can’t sleep now

‘Cos in the shadows it stalks behind

Yet I wish the sun would never set

 

But they can’t win

‘Cos I’m holding on

And I’m never gonna let go

 

Fight till the end

And I’m staying on

Forever just so you know

This is amazing! If only the broken-hearted had the will to see that they have all the time in the world for that heart to mend, if only they stick it out. =] My heart was almost non-existent and when I gave up, it was mended fully in the span of one night. Miracles can happen; we need to remember that.
