Tick Tock!

Like supersonic sand through a supersonic hourglass,

time marches quickly out of you field of vision


You put up roadblocks to try to slow it down,


but it smashes right through them on its light speed journey


You just try to hang on through all its twists and turns,


and hope you leave your mark 


once there’s no more twists and turns for you

wowww - this is awesome. i procrastinate ALL the TIME - and every time i pay for it, i worship TIME , i value it a lot - then :P but then i forget about it soon.

thats typical of me! and yea it runs me down always! wonderful imagery, liked the line
You just try to hang on through all its twists and turns,
i can relate to it very well. the last lines are very powerful. once theres no more twists and turns for you ie. when your time is over - thats when we all look back into our lives and yes we all wish to leave our marks ! brillaint! Loved it :)
