we dont speak up enough

your voice its only one

but it matters too

so scream loud

and dont be afraid to be you

 

tell the world what you think

even if they dont want to hear

its your right as a person

you have nothing to fear

 

so what if they dont like you

so what if they dont care

its all the more reason to tell

and to give your fair share

 

dont let them push you down

dont think you dont have the right

dont ever fall back

or give up without a fight

 

your words are important

your thoughts should be heard

your songs should be played

for its your word

 

so your voice is only one

but say it just as loud

for its your right to be heard

and for that you should be proud
