Have you noticed a difference since the 1980's (could affect everyone)

Back in the 1980's there was a lot of news about the Ozone depletion of the Earth. A lot of talk.
Some years later, it is said in the science circles that Ozone hole threat has improved.

Yet a difference may be discernible since the 1980's. One may notice how things on this Earth bounce since then. Does it seems items bounce higher when they impact? Do they tend to bounce off to a side more readily and father since the "improvement" was issued?

If so, then it might be indicative something may have changed on the global exchange of gravity and incoming elements from beyond our global sphere.

Could it be a sign of change of gravity? Perhaps look at arxiv.org: 1706.01484, "What if gravity became really repulsive in the future?"
