Cut, Cut, Slash

Cut, Cut, Slash

A Poem by MandaBear
"

Sometimes it cuts deep

"
Cut, cut, slash
Blood runs down my arm
A deep luscious red
Draining all the pain

You tore me part
Told me I wasn’t worth anything
Told me no one would want me
My disease would ruin whatever I touch

Cut, Cut, slash
For every time you called me fat
For every time you call me worthless
For all the bruises you gave me

You gave me bruises to teach me a lesson
To let me know you we're the boss
That you were the only one who would care about me
So I would remember there would be more if I left

Cut, cut, slash
To release the disease in my body
To know that I could still feel
To know I was still human

This is heart wrenching :( I like the use of rhyme in this poem and the message of how someone can easily manipulate someone especially if it's someone they thought once loved them. I hope this isn't you and it's just a poem you came up with. If you are having any trouble with anything i'll always be here if you ever want to talk.
