Transcendence

Transcendence

A Poem by Nikhil Ranka

Bright morning dawned,
Gentle morning in drizzle,
Invigorating her splendorous vicinity.
Luscious, her every leaf,
Her every flower,
Flaunting colour.
Intoxicating, her pluvial scent,
Her fluvial songs,
Seducing her people.
Mellifluous, her quiescent woods,
Her effervescent brooks.
Transcending sensuous perception.
